Refund and Returns Policy

At Rehman Kitchen, we take pride in delivering fresh, high-quality meals to our valued customers. Due to the perishable nature of our food products, we have specific guidelines for returns and refunds:

1. Incorrect or Damaged Orders

If your order is incorrect, missing items, or arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. We may request a photo of the item(s) for verification. Once verified, we will provide:

  • A replacement of the affected item(s), or
  • A full or partial refund, depending on the situation.

2. Quality Concerns

If you feel your meal does not meet our quality standards, please let us know within 24 hours of delivery. We strive to ensure every dish is fresh, tasty, and prepared to perfection. Valid claims may be eligible for a replacement or refund.

3. Refund Process

Refunds will be processed using the same method of payment used for the order. Please allow 3–5 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

4. Non-Returnable Items

  • All prepared meals, perishable items, and weekly tiffin services cannot be returned once delivered unless they are incorrect, damaged, or have quality issues.
  • Special promotions, discounts, and gift items may be subject to additional terms.
